День добрый товарищи!)))
Есть вопрос о насущей проблеме! Сгорел в усилителе транзистор под номером HFP50N06.
Я его выпаял, проверил подключенные к нему сопротивления все в норме, да и с первого вида определяется что проблема вся из-за этого пакостного транзистора(((
Где можно найти это чудо? или может есть аналогичные ему?
Пытался найти через сайт магазинов «Кварц» и «ЧИП и ДИП», но мои попытки не увенчались успехи)))

Стоит наверно в блоке питания? IRFZ44 поставь, интересна причина горения, ключи просто так не пробивает, скорее ПРИЧИНА В ОБВЯЗКЕ, бывает сам шим глючит и пускает «сквозняк» через ключи, если будешь менять на аналог то менять все.
я думаю он только вершина айсберга. Усь нужно весь проверять.

да он погорел скорее всего из-за кз, больше кз делать не планирую)))
я тебе просто говорю что скорее всего погорел не только он. мало того скорее всего он погорел не изза кз а вследствии того, что улетело чтото другое и уже оно спалило транзистор. В общем я п на твоем месте отдал спецам

электрики с 40ка летним стажем как правило ушатывают аппаратуру круче всего. Потому как знаний современной техники у них нет, а самомнение есть. Очень часто такие попадаются и в жизни и в нете…а так в принципе ты прав. Какая мне разница что будет с твоим усилком. Мое дело посоветовать, дальше сам)))
все возможно, но он не из «понтовых» он простой, если знает делает, если нет то разбирается и делает, а отдавать я не хочу, сломаю, значит судьба такая у него, а если нет, то буду рад))
Нормальный радиотехник починит практически любую аппаратуру, по себе знаю, а электрик это тот кто лампочки меняет и в лучшем случае провода в распредкоробках соединяет, правда после такого с 30 летним «стажем» автомат сгорел, он закрутил провод мимо зажима! работало только из за точечного контакта провода, контакт перегревался и плавил кусочек автомата.
ЗЫ электики и радиоэлектроники разные люди, если первые становятся за несколько месяцев, то вторые как правило с детства учатся и их образование лишь подкрепление практики теорией.
Отдать усилитель электрику то тогда можно сразу не теряя времени в цветмет сдать, почем у вас кило дюралеминия?
ну он не чисто электрик, он мне и катушки матает, и платы делает и сниматели звука для электро гитары делает. Вообщем чего спросить, я знаю на что он способен, да и тема далеко не об этом создана.
