Firstly I am hoping this is in the right section.

I have recently installed Diagbox 7.02 on a new laptop, everything works fine until the end where when I try to use the software I get the message: ‘An internal communication error has occurred’.

Has anyone came across this before?

I’ve used the Scary install version which I was given my a friend. I hope this makes sense.

Maybe you need to try and Introduce Yourself (HERE CLICK ME!)
When you enter a community of people is nice to do this first.

i don’t know anyone that used VISTA with Diagbox or any other automotive software for that fact.

im not saying thats the problem but im sure it doesn’t help

Diagbox error help need pls

Hi!
I don’t used my diagbox for several day’s and now when I start the DiagBox app I get this error:
«ACTI-DIAG application error
An internal communication error has occurred.»

The version of my diagbox is 7.57 I think.

I tried to disable the SIM in the start menu but no lucky.

I have to say nothing is updated, installed from the last time I used diagbox.

If somebody can help I would appreciate that.

Try to update for newer version and see.

I upgraded to 7.83 and the same error.

I found a link on the forum related to a google drv DiagBox 7.rar which is 2.5 gig I hope I can not kill my interface by installing this version of diagbox.

I have no clue what can cos this problem.

I’m new to DiagBox and have no much experience with this app.

My OS is Win7 x32 and the app and the interface worked fine until now.
Ok.

Can somebody tell me what the hack means «Stream read error» when I start diagbox?

Can I update the software to 7.82?
Or should I stop on 7.57 or under 7.57?

I read somewhere does it is not possible to use the app over 7.57.

Diagbox has no black listed interfaces.

Ur safe on all versions.

This drives me crazy, after update from 7.08 to 7.11 i got the same error. Even when i got forder with the update to 7.40.
No way to get ride it.
Any idea pls?

I tested how high can I update the software before I run into the mentioned problem.
The max. version I can use is 7.07.
If I go to 7.08 or any higher then I get the mentioned problem.

I can clearly remember does I used the version 7.57 before and it worked well.

Any idea what could be the problem?

So, now I have another issue.
Windows will not recognise my diagbox interface.
It says something like «unknown device» or so.

Look at the picture.

I tried on another pc too and no progress, the same error.

On XP machine it shows «USB Device Not Recognized. One of the USB device attached to this computer has malfunctioned. «

The tool is blinking 3x and the light stays on after the blinking process.

This happened when I was configuring a BSI on a Peugeot car.

I have no clue what can be now the problem.

Прочитал в интернете как лечить эту ошибку, но у себя на ноуте не нашел обновление kb: 3004394.
Может подскажите в каком направлении «копать». Очень уж надо установить именно на этот ноутбук.

установил virtualbox v4.3.12 машина доходит до запуска win и опять ошибка «a disk read error occurred». Что же не так??
