В биологии как раз нужно будет хорошо разбираться. Нейрохимия, больше нейро, чем химия. У вас, так понимаю, интерес именно к эффектам соединений на биологические объекты, нежели к самим соединениям, а это все же фармакология. Посему лучше на биофак МГУ, можно и на МБФ РГМУ.

The financing of studies is one of the most difficult and important subjects that international students have to deal with. As early on as when you apply for a visa and a residence permit you must prove that you have enough financial means to finance your studies in Germany. At the moment the German authorities require proof that you have 8,040 Euro for one year of studies. This proof of financing is meant to ensure that international students can finance their studies themselves since they do not normally qualify for state help in Germany.
Even if you provide evidence of financing your financial worries are not yet over. In Germany, a budget of around 8,000 Euro per year will only allow you to lead a very modest lifestyle!
International students often have to go to work in order to finance their cost of living, but the amount of work they are allowed to do is restricted! Unfortunately financial difficulties are part of many international students’ lives.

How do German students finance their studies?
In order to understand the German system it is important to know how German students finance their studies. In Germany, parents have to pay for student education. The German Studentenwerk has published a study on the economic situation of students; on average students receive roughly half their money from their parents. A quarter of their budget they earn themselves. The state financial assistance for education makes up about one seventh of their budget. Only three percent of German students receive a grant. Major grant donors are foundations and organisations sponsoring talented students.
On average German students have over 812 Euro per month at their disposal, however a quarter of all students have to make do with less than 640 Euro per month.

Planning reliability: the Servicepaket of the Studentenwerke
If you do not know Germany very well, it is difficult to guess how much money you will really need here. That is why many Studentenwerke offer Servicepakete. These give first year students from abroad more planning reliability for their first year of studies. They can be arranged from your homeland and for a fixed price they contain accommodation, meals and health insurance. Some Servicepakete also contain leisure activities and help you to settle in to life in Germany.

What are the fees I have to pay each term at university?

For a many years there have been no tuition fees in Germany. In the case of undergraduate studies, such as degree (or bachelor) courses, at many universities this is still true today. Students pay only a small enrolment or confirmation fee. Once they have enrolled students receive their student ID. This provides a wide range of concessions: for bank accounts, sometimes telephone companies, but also for cinema and theatre tickets.
However, due to the federal structure of the German state the education costs in the individual states differ. In some states tuition fees have been introduced. others have abolished them again. Especially master’s courses are liable for costs. Make sure you get exact details from the university where you have applied. Ask whether they plan to introduce tuition fees! Information on this can be obtained from the students’ offices or from the enrolment offices.
Undergraduate studies

Up until completion of your initial degree qualifying you for a profession, you will pay a moderate fee to the Student Organisation and, in some states, an additional administration fee. Currently you must reckon with 100 Euro per term for the enrolment or confirmation fee plus the administration fee (Verwaltungsgebühr).
Semester contribution / enrolment or confirmation fee around 50 Euro per term
You will have to pay a semester contribution at enrolment (Einschreibung) and each semester at confirmation (Rückmeldung). The semester contribution is made up of a contribution to the Studentische Selbstverwaltung (AStA) (student parliament of the university) and a contribution to the Studentenwerk. This helps to support the refectories and student accommodation as well as the advisory services offered by the Studentenwerke.
The enrolment or confirmation fee usually comes to around 50 Euro. Contributions may be higher, however (about 150 Euro), if the Student Organisation fee includes a «Semesterticket». With this ticket students can use public transport (busses and trains) for six months.
Administration fees around 50 Euro per term
For enrolment and confirmation the universities in the federal states of Baden-Württemberg, Berlin, Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony and Thuringia charge a fee to cover administration. This is around 50 Euro.
Long-term fees / student accounts

Students who study longer than the designated number of terms must reckon with increased costs. This is because most federal states charge fees for long-term studies. Whoever notably exceeds the standard period of study has to pay an additional 500 Euro per term! The fees usually become payable after 5 years or the 10th term of study.
Postgraduate studies

Unlike undergraduate studies postgraduate studies such as most Master’s or PhD qualifications have been fee-based for some time now. The costs for postgraduate studies are in addition to the enrolment and confirmation fees!
Attention! Tuition fees!

Currently only one federal state charges general tuition fees of up to 500 Euro per term: Lower Saxony. In Lower Saxony, therefore, undergraduate studies will be subject to charge.

на химфаке есть кафедра химии природных соединений, а там занимаются молекулярной биологией

Что лучше химфак или биофак

Подойдут оба, можете заниматься этой темой в любом случае, просто, возможно, несколько с разной стороны. Я сам вот на 5м курсе биофака, но есть друзья с химфака. У нас Вам подойдут кафедры молекулярной биологии, биохимии, ФЧЖ, возможно, ВНД, хотя, насколько я знаю, там другим занимаются немного. На химфаке есть кафедры химии природных соединений, энзимология (может что-то еще?), что тоже подойдет.

Sky7walker Участник на биофаке есть кафедра биоорганической химий. В Институте биоорганической химии, который курирует эту кафедру есть несколько лабораторий занимающихся нейротоксинами, рецепторами и тп. Кроме того, после того, как вы получите базовое образование ваши взгляды на то, чем вы хотите заниматься могут сильно измениться.

kasumov eldar Постоянный участник Москва Я бы советовал поступать на биофак. На химфаке биология не нужна и знания по биологии будут отсутствовать полностью. На биофаке же химия нужна и изучается довольно основательно. Проблема же является больше биофизхимическая (или биохимфизическая), чем химическая.
