Особенности турбин обновлённой G-серии
Кованое, полностью обработанное компрессорное колесо и новая аэродинамика увеличивают мощность двигателя. Спроектированное с помощью новейших вычислительных решение компрессорное колесо увеличивает поток воздуха до 15% для 60 мм колеса и 30% для 67 мм колеса с эффективностью 79-80%. (По сравнению с GTX GenII)
Датчик скорости вращения
Новый датчик скорости прост в установке и не требует регулировки длины, как у предыдущих версий. Просто снимите заглушку, затем вставьте датчик скорости и затяните болт. Новый датчик скорости продается отдельно и не взаимозаменяем с датчиками GT и GTX благодаря новой конструкции и размерам.
Добавление уплотнительного кольца между корпусом компрессора и задней частью уменьшает вероятность утечки давления.
Новый цельный картридж теперь одно целое с бэкплэйтом, это повышает долговечность и безопасность продукта. V-band соединение турбины к горячему хаузингу позволяет вращать турбину в диапазоне 360 градусов при установке с хаузингом турбины Garrett без вестгейта.
* Рекомендуется устанавливать контур охлаждения по противоположным бокам корпуса.
Одноступенчатый масляный канал направляет масло под давлением в новую систему смазки, обеспечивая необходимую смазку подшипников с обеих сторон картриджа.
Картридж на двойном шариковом подшипнике
Укороченный картридж подшипника позволил нам установить двойные поршневые кольца с обеих сторон вала. Это уменьшит вероятность утечки масла в уплотнениях от центрального корпуса к компрессору и / или турбине.
Аэродинамика Турбинного колеса
Турбинное колесо обладает абсолютно новыми аэродинамическими характеристиками для улучшения потока и отклика. Новое турбинное колесо изготовлено из суперсплава Mar-M и способно выдерживать температуру выхлопных газов до 1050 градусов Цельсия.
Новое турбинное колесо пропускает на 15-20% больше, чем колесо GTX.
Все хаузинги G серии изготовлены из нержавеющей стали для обеспечения максимальной долговечности и термостойкости до 1050 градусов Цельсия. Хаузинг доступен в разнообразных конфигурациях с вестгейтом и без, T25 и V-band, будьте внимательны и заказывайте деталь соответствующую вашим потребностям.
