Торговцы (Traders) — это нейтральные NPC разбросанные по всему миру.
Нахождение
Начина с Alpha 15 торговца можно найти, выполнив начальные обучающие квесты. После выполнения появится метка в виде оранжевого восклицательного знака. Метка будет привязана к ближайшему торговцу.
Торговля
Задания
Начиная с А18, у торговцев можно брать задания. Задания делятся на типы и тиры. Чем больше тир, тем лучше награда, но ее можно улучшить навыком дерзкий авантюрист. Чтобы перейти на следующий тир нужно выполнить 10 заданий, а потом выполнить Специальную работу: открыть торговый путь. Торговец пошлет вас нафиг к другому торговцу у черта на куличиках (то есть очень далеко). Игрок получит уровневый опыт и чутка дюков.
Зачистка: отчистить нужное зданий от зомби.
Принести: достать припасы Белой-Реки из определенного дома.
Закопанные припасы: нужно в выбранной местности (не дом!) откопать сундук и забрать припасы, можно также забрать плюшки вместе с ними. Как только вы заберете припасы, появятся зомби.
Принеси да зачисти: очистить выбранное здание от зомби, параллельно забрав припасы.
В А20 добавят Закопанную Зачистку: Зачистить выбранное здание и (скорее всего) откопать припасы под ним.
1 ТИР: Зачистка, Принеси припасы, Закопанные сокровища. Самый простой тир заданий, и с него самая простая награда, и меньше всего дюков.
2 ТИР: Зачистка, Принеси, Закопанные сокровища. Чутка посложнее, но и награда разочаровывать не будет.
3 ТИР: Зачистка, Принеси, Принеси да Зачисти. Уже сложно, и награда будет подводить. Кстати можно заметить, что зданий этого тира маловато, так что торговец будет давать задания тира пониже.
4 ТИР: Зачистка, Принеси да Зачисти. Золотой тир, задания которого лучше брать у пустынного торговца. Награда не разочаровывает, а задания попроще. На место зачистки будут выбираться стройки, фабрики, и магазин Shotgun Messiah на западе.
5 ТИР: Зачистка, Принеси да Зачисти. Самый сложный тир на текущей А19, зачищать вы будете исключительно небоскребы. Награда разочаровывает, но лут за зачистку зданий вас обрадует. Будет сложно, но вы держитесь!
6 ТИР: Зачистка, Закопанная зачистка, Принеси да Зачисти. Пока ничего неизвестно.
What are “the mountain maps”? If they’re existing maps made before A19, then yes, it’s expected that they won’t work in A19.
hey there the mountain maps were Hizoja mtns, kawaze mtns, and rocaco county. the map type which you scroll through, under the seed name
so i cleared all maps multiple times( and deleted all old save games) by doing what the first commentor suggested, and i was able to play navzgene with a trader that popped up, but wasnt able to play any of the other map types with a trader. and fully generating a map takes forever. if you have any other suggestions let me know, short of reinstalling game heheh, thanx for the help.

Those are old maps that you have not cleared. You need to generate a new random gen map with a new name for the map and seed. If you keep playing on those old maps, you will not have traders.
Saves are games you played on a particular map. Maps themselves are separate things from saves. You can play many different saves on the same map. You are using old MAPS generated in previous alphas which is your problem.
I was under the impression that the various pregenerated worlds were copied upon using them and also given a random world name, but I do not know for sure.
This will also destroy the game setting files, those get remade as well if you delete that folder, so kiss your keybindings and game setting goodbye.
You can and should also use steam to verify the integrity of the game files. Any preexisting vanilla worlds that are corrupted will get repaired.
Don’t use the advanced generation tool, it’s been reportedly broken for a19.
Should you choose, you can start a randomgen in cheat mode and fly around to check things out, you can start a new game with a different character profile without cheat mode on using that world name.
The post can’t be used as the base as the player can’t place or destroy any blocks and is constantly thrown out during night.
Currently this is the only location where Player Rentable Vending Machines can be found and rented.

Traders spawn randomly around the world.
Fetch jobs involve going to a specified building and searching for a hidden Courier Satchel, inside you will find White River Supplies. Once you have obtained the White River Supplies you can return to the trader and complete the job.

Clear Zombie job involves going to a specified building and eliminating all the zombies in the area. Once all the zombies have been eliminated you can return to the trader to complete the job.

Buried Supplies job involves going to a specified area that is indicated by a yellow circle and digging until you find the Buried Supplies. Inside is White River Supplies and some other items, only the White River Supplies is needed to finish the job. Once you have the Supplies you can return to the trader to complete the job.

After a certain amount of jobs completed the trader will reward the player with 2000 dukes and the player will get to pick some loot as if they had just finished a job, this allows the player to accept the Open Trade Routes jobs. Open Trade Routes job involves going to another trader. After you arrive at the new Trader there is no need to return to the old one to complete the job. After completion of this job the player will have unlocked the next tier of quests.
