Ребята, получил вот такое сообщение час назад во время игры в кс:го
Не понимаю, что могло произойти. Левыми сайтами не пользуюсь, нигде стим не регал, никакие сайты для скинов, ставок и тп не юзал. Мобильный аутентификатор всегда при мне, захожу в стим только с домашнего компа. Аккаунту почти 9 лет, 90 игр. Судя из письма, в поддержку писать смысла нет, но на всякий случай накатал обращение. Смурфа нет. Если все правильно понял, бан распространяется на маркет, нельзя трейдиться и активировать продукты. Кто сталкивался с таким, отпишитесь пожалуйста, есть-ли вообще вариант разблокировки аккаунта, что можно сделать и тп.
Перейти на страницу https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey и нажать кнопку «Отозвать мой ключ Steam Web API». Если вы самостоятельно создавали там ключ, то скорей всего он так же был украден и вам нужно создать новый, что бы злоумышленник не смог воспользоваться старым.

А то как же не пользуетесь, кто-то (мошеннический сайт) по котором вы лазали привязал вам api ключ.
Вас никто не блокировал. Вы стали жертвой обмана. Меняйте пароль, удаляйте API-ключ и пр. Поиск по форуму вам поможет в более детальном пояснении. Вы не первый с этой проблемой.
Никто не будет о бане предупреждать. Просто тебя развели на логин, пароль и код гуарда и хотят подменить обмен когда ты его отправишь на другой аккаунт. Меняй пароль и удаляй api key.

I don’t need help, I just need to know what they usually do and what I should expect in a situation like this. And what’s so shady about it? It’s a normal website where you do surveys for stuff, the internet is littered with them.

Where exactly are you getting this message? Who has sent it?
This is nothing new, as we see this from users all the time. And if it is an official message, then no one here can do anything about it. You have to follow the message and alert and do what it says. And we are trying to make sure it is an official message you have, but you don’t seem to understand that there can be fake messages that «appear» official.
Someone else’s account alert is not necessarily related to the reason your account has an alert. There can be several different causes of that.
You should be more worried about your account alert, and not what has happened to other users with their account alerts.

before I spread the message above, I tried to contact the help center (steam support)
first of all it is very quick replies help from (steam support)
and in the end the help center (steam support) only sends an email (yahoo) which is registered on my steam account that is problematic at me I ***********@yahoo.com

So long story short I was permanently banned from steam community forums for «spam». ( Which I didn’t do )
The ban was wrongfully given to me and was overturned. However I cannot get rid of the horrible big red notification on my steam app.
Every time I click the tick box «I have read this message» and click close window it doesn’t remove the message.
Tried that. No dice unfortunately.
It’s not something I want to bother steam support with. I imagine they have enough tickets to go through.
It’s just like a rain cloud over my head. It’s annoying. Especially as the alert was not actually meant for me in the first place.

It doesn’t show up in the green messages it shows up next to the announcements button.

EDIT 2 : My account wasn’t flagged for fraud like the image I linked but I found it to show the big red alert button on the top of the steam app.

I know it was accidental. That’s why I said «It was overturned».
I know now for future not to comment.
I only did it because I know there will always be the clueless individuals that will look in these threads and believe it’s real.

Nah hes a close friend, I looked in his account too, steam took back all his money, including the csgo he gifted me, he bought a steam card online, the money didnt go though from his credit card, so steam unfortunately took everything back, but dw now, I bought csgo ages ago 🙂

Your friend gifted you the game & the game got revoked=your friend screwed you over. That’s simple the way it is.
so let me get the straight because im still confused, i want someone to answer me, if you wait the 9 weeks your free right? when i checked into the chargeback items, i only saw that they are getting revoke my hotline miami game ( both games which i dont really care) and other items that i have already consumed (csgo keys), but how and when does the alert bs ends? does it take 9 weeks to revoke 1 item? it said i wont be able to play on Vac Enable servers (not Vac Banned) and wont be able to purchase games for while (which i dont have problems with that either), but the question is, will it take 9 weeks to remove all items from the list they sended me or will it take 9 weeks to remove 1 item at a time? if so i would start talking to my grandmother about this problem if its actually only 9 weeks to remove all items and remove my account alert then i can wait with no problem, if someone answers me this ill be very relieve or very pissed

No, after the nine weeks the account lock is permanent. Fix the issue and inform Steam Support.
